Can delchem D-2000 Sealant be used as a Single Sealant with ANY Type of Spacer Bar?
delchem D-2000 has been successfully used with a variety of Spacer Bars including Aluminium, Plastic, Mill finish aluminium, Tin plated steel, Foam spacer, Stainless steel, Butyl sealant spacer and Galvanized steel.

Irrespective of the type of Spacer Bar listed a 20 Year Guarantee on all Air Filled Units to BSEN1279 Part 2 and a 10 Year Guarantee with Gas Filled Units to BSEN1279 Part 3.
The unique Delchem D-2000 is also recognised as a Dual Seal Equivalent.
Although not required, D-2000 can be used in dual seal configuration with PIB. Delchem D-2000 can be applied on or offline (Manual or automatic).
It is worth noting, where Foam Spacer is used with a single sealant,
‘D-2000' is the only Guaranteed method in an Angled Application of slip prevention. Slipping will cause Sealed Unit Breakdown.
