Can the Delchem Sealant be Used On and Off Line?

Delchem D-2000 has been successfully applied to Seal Units both manually and automatically.

'Intercept' and 'Lisec' Production lines successfully apply D-2000.

Equally, manual application via a 20 litre or 200 litre drum is also successfully applied.

delchem D-2000 is applied in a similar manner to a Regular Hot Melt, with the same manufacturing procedures of a Regular Hot Melt. Therefore, there is no costly storage time for curing.

As delchem D-2000 is a ‘reactive’ hot melt, the product will cure over the following 75 hours, giving strengths similar to that of two part Sealants.
